# To create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
# To work with senior management and academic coordinators to develop strategies and links between engagement and their strategic goals
# Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to the school personnel
# Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems
# Staying current on the schools organization structure, personnel policy and state laws regarding employment practices
# Should be responsible for the execution and overall communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives
# To design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys
# To produce reports that will help the School and departments to track progress and create action that drive positive employee engagement
# To create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles
# To manage a professional training and development staff
# To work with academic and admin teams to identify unique needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy
# To identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement and employee retention


Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
